Phase 1
Rough Clean
Once heavy construction wraps, we haul out debris, sweep and shop-vac every surface, remove stickers and stray fasteners, and prep the site for finish trades.

Phase 2
Final Construction Cleaning

- Full dusting of walls, ceilings, fans, and millwork
- Detail clean of cabinets inside and out
- Polish stainless, glass, mirrors, and fixtures
- Mop, scrub, and finish hard floors; vacuum carpet
Phase 3
Touch-Up Clean
Pre-walkthrough or pre-handover touch-up. We re-detail high-traffic areas after punch-list trades, so the space is spotless for the client.
- Re-wipe of fingerprints, scuffs, and drywall dust
- Re-polish of glass, fixtures, and stainless
- Spot mop and vacuum of finish floors
- Final walk with site super to confirm punch items
